Your rental includes one of the most stunning wedding venues in the U.S.A., plus the following:

  • Wooden foldable chairs

  • Plastic tables (60" rounds or 6-ft rectangular)

  • Heaters with propane

  • Private ceremony area with seating by the seasonal Johnson Gulch Creek

  • Bar area with a main bar table and appetizer table

  • Covered dining pavilion

  • Decorative lighting and water fountains

  • Two dressing rooms 

  • The Bird Nest—a treehouse retreat for couples' post-ceremony

  • Wooden dance floor

  • Rustic outdoor catering prep area (not an industrial kitchen)

  • Restrooms and potable water

  • Bring your own alcohol (no corkage fee; host liquor liability insurance required)

  • Rotating seasonal flowerpots around the property

  • Pre-planning visits leading up to your event

Do you offer vendor services?

We do not sell vendor services but provide referrals for reputable vendors frequently used at our venue. You’re welcome to hire outside vendors, but they must visit the venue beforehand to familiarize themselves with the space.

Is your venue LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely. We proudly welcome all couples to celebrate their love at The Secret Gardens.

What will I need to provide for my event?

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Food and beverage caterers (note: we provide a rustic prep area, not an industrial kitchen)

  • Table linens, dishware, glassware, silverware, etc.

  • Wedding planner/coordinator

  • Decor, signage, and personal touches

  • Entertainment (e.g., live band, DJ) (music must end by 10 p.m.)

  • Photography/videography

  • Additional transportation other than our 13 passenger in-town shuttle services.

  • Additional accommodations

  • Event insurance

  • Any additional services not listed here. All hired vendors must be disclosed to management.

What is the closest airport?

The nearest airport is Sonoma County Airport (STS), 25 miles from The Secret Gardens. It offers flights from American Airlines, Avelo Airlines, and Alaska Airlines, as well as private jet services like Sonoma Jet Center and Kaiser Air. Major car rental companies are also available here.
